That said, I want you to feel amazing about your purchase, so here’s how I handle returns and exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges
- I gladly accept returns or exchanges on non-worn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact me at [email protected] within that time to start the process.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom or personalized items are also final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number — I’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll send you an email confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email me within 24 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and can’t be canceled.
